At a glance
Delivery normally takes 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on size and stock. Your destination, cost and specific delivery window are confirmed before payment.
The full policy below explains the details.
Where we deliver
Delivery availability is confirmed for your address before you accept an order. A purchase request does not confirm coverage. Orders outside Kenya require an express quotation covering the destination, delivery method, customs arrangements and any applicable import charges; international delivery is not assumed.
Costs and timing before you pay
Delivery normally takes 2 weeks to 1 month from order confirmation, depending on ring size and stock availability. This is an estimate; your specific delivery window is confirmed before you accept and pay for an order. If your size needs longer, we will tell you first.
Your written quotation will set out the ring availability, dispatch lead time, expected delivery date or window, delivery method, shipping cost and applicable taxes. We do not promise the same delivery time for every location or size.
Stock-dependent, bulk or personalised orders may need additional preparation time, which must be disclosed before you commit. We will ask for your agreement before changing an agreed delivery date, making a substitution or adding a charge. Keep the confirmed delivery terms with your order records.
Dispatch and delivery
Check your recipient name, phone number, address and ring size before confirming. Tell us promptly about an address correction; once a parcel is dispatched, we will check whether a change is possible and disclose any reasonable additional cost before you agree to it.
When tracking is available for the agreed delivery method, we will share the reference or delivery instructions. Collection arrangements, if offered, must be agreed separately. Only information needed to deliver the parcel should be shared with the delivery provider.
For a courier arranged by Reeng, we remain your point of contact for delivery problems and do not treat handing a parcel to that courier as proof that you received it. Delivery is to you or your authorised recipient at the agreed location.
Late or missing deliveries
If the agreed delivery window passes, contact us with your order reference. We will investigate with the delivery provider and discuss delivery, replacement or cancellation/refund as appropriate. You do not have to resolve our courier’s mistake yourself.
Kenya’s Consumer Protection Act provides cancellation rights before delivery for qualifying future-performance agreements when delivery is more than 30 days after the agreed date, or more than 30 days after the agreement where no delivery date was specified, subject to the Act’s conditions. This does not require you to wait 30 days to report a problem or prevent another earlier remedy that applies.
Delays outside our control do not automatically remove your legal cancellation or refund rights. We will not substitute an open-ended delivery extension for those rights.
Damaged, incorrect or failed deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, tell us as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the packaging and take photos if practical, so we can investigate. These steps assist the claim; an arbitrary short reporting window or missing original packaging does not extinguish statutory rights.
If a delivery attempt fails because an address is incorrect or no authorised recipient is available, we will explain the options. Any redelivery cost must be reasonable, disclosed and agreed. We do not charge you to correct a Reeng or courier error.
