Will it work with their phone?
Tap sharing works with compatible NFC-enabled phones. If a phone does not support NFC, share your QR code or profile link instead. Opening the web profile requires an internet connection.
Can I use Reeng.id without a ring?
Yes. Create your profile and share it by QR code or link. Your ring adds an easy, memorable way to share in person.
Can our whole team use our company branding?
Yes. Set your company logo, colours and profile template from your business workspace. Choose the fields your team can personalise and keep company details consistent.
What happens if I lose my ring or an employee leaves?
A business admin can deactivate the ring’s profile link and manage the employee’s access. A recovered ring can be reassigned, subject to fit. Replacement hardware is purchased separately.
